Refund & Return Policy

At Flow by Nico, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are fulfilled through a print-on-demand service, returns and refunds follow specific guidelines. Please read the policy below carefully. 

 

Print-on-Demand Return Policy 

All of our products are made to order, which means they are produced uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered, or if you’ve simply changed your mind. 

 

However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or refund. To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • You must provide a clear photo showing the issue.
  • If multiple items are affected, please include a group photo showing all the affected products. 

There is no need to return the damaged item. 

 

Please note: For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of up to 0.5" for print placement is allowed and will not be considered a defect. 

 

Refunds 

Once we’ve received and inspected your request, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@flowbynico.com. 

 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@flowbynico.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original condition, with tags, unused, and in original packaging.
