My name is Nico Bean and I am 17 years old. I started my entrepreneurial ​journey nearly five years ago in the summer of 2021.

Throughout my journey in business, I have been in three art shows at Bermuda Society of Arts, I have sold my artwork and products at 50+ vendor markets, and I have delivered commissioned pieces to customers both in Bermuda and overseas.

In November of 2024, I won the youth category of a local pitch competition hosted by the Bermuda Economic Development Corporation and funded by Global Atlantic Financial Group. Furthermore, I was honoured as the Most Enterprising Youth Entrepreneur of 2024 in my country.

My mission is to inspire and teach the younger generation about the power of entrepreneurship. I started Flow by Nico when I was 12 years old, because I simply loved to paint. I have learned many things since and I want to teach the youth what I have learned, so they too can turn their passion, into a business.

No matter your passion, whether it’s selling lemonade, making jewelry or even landscaping, you too have the ability turn it into a profitable business just like I did.
